The practice of Me keeps me sane

    breathing becomes a mantra
    your body a perfect machine
    the rushing sound of wind and water feeds you


    am nowhere to be seen

    the mind wide open to its surroundings
    thoughts appear and leave at will
    coherence at a different level


    become part of what it means
